process count is not correct, as matter of fact, way off

Hi,

nixstatsagent refugee here , trying to transit from nixstatsagent to agent360

they are literally same software made by same developer , however I am see huge difference

the nixstats and agent360 are installed on exact same server

agent360 process list shows very little in dashbaord,, a lot of processes are not even counted , while they are showing up when I run agent360 test process

and also the IO count is crazy high

I would really appreciate some help on this matter , to make process feature more accurate
